5、Character:?It occurs as?colorless transparent monoclinic system crystal. Usually, it is dihydrated. Its melting point is 101-102?℃. The relative density (19?℃) is 1.65. The refractive index is 1.440. It’s soluble in water, slightly soluble in ether and ethanol. It sublimates at the temperature of 157℃. Dihydrate form effloresces easily and turns to anhydrous form. Melting point of Oxalic Acid anhydrous is 189.5?℃?(decomposing).
